Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for Office administration works and tea lady services
  • Assist for outdoor works, i.e. collect and deliver documents, go to bank and post office etc.
  • Provide tea service for Management staff and visitors
  • Keep tidy for meeting rooms and kitchen and clean up refrigerator, microwave oven, kitchen cabinet etc. every month for all floors
  • Execute jobs assigned by management or superiors
  • Working Hours: 8:00a.m. – 6:00 p.m.(Mon-Fri), 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.(Sat)


Requirements:

  • Primary 6 or above;
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience;
  • Able to read and write Chinese and English
  • Responsible, hardworking and punctual

職責:

  • 上班時間: 星期一至五08:00至18:00, 星期六08:00至12:30
  • 負責一般辦公室助理及茶水工作,為管理層和訪客提供茶水。
  • 協助外勤工作: 如到銀行、郵局及各機構收發文件及辦工室行政支援工作。
  • 必須保持會議室及茶水間整潔,每月清潔各樓層雪櫃、微波爐、廚櫃面及陞盆。
  • 聽從及執行由管理層及直屬上司指派的工作。

 

要求:

  • 小六或以上程度;
  • 2年或以上相關工作經驗;
  • 良好粵語,能夠閱讀簡單英文;
  • 有責任心,勤奮,準時,有禮
