Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To provide reception services, handle incoming calls;
- To handle incoming correspondence and express services;
- To coordinate and liaise with all external and internal parties for administration matters;
- To provide general clerical and administrative support and assist in ad-hoc assignments when required.
Requirements:
- HKDSE / Form 5 graduate or above;
- At least 2-3 years or above relevant working experience;
- Experience preferably in engineering or property management company
- Familiar with PC software e.g. (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing);
- Detail minded, responsible, well organized and hard working. Be punctual, polite and able to work under pressure.
