Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To provide reception services, handle incoming calls;
  • To handle incoming correspondence and express services;
  • To coordinate and liaise with all external and internal parties for administration matters;
  • To provide general clerical and administrative support and assist in ad-hoc assignments when required.

Requirements:

  • HKDSE / Form 5 graduate or above;
  • At least 2-3 years or above relevant working experience;
  • Experience preferably in engineering or property management company
  • Familiar with PC software e.g. (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing);
  • Detail minded, responsible, well organized and hard working. Be punctual, polite and able to work under pressure.
