Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, C&B and staffing;
- Responsible for recruitment and selection, payroll preparation, MPF administration, leave administration, monthly reports preparation and employee relations etc.;
- Maintain and update HR records including personnel files and HRIS;
- Support daily administration, projects and activities such as job fair etc.
- Perform ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations;
- Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing;
- Well-organized, self-motivated, able to work independently and be a good team player;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
