Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, C&B and staffing;
  • Responsible for recruitment and selection, payroll preparation, MPF administration, leave administration, monthly reports preparation and employee relations etc.;
  • Maintain and update HR records including personnel files and HRIS;
  • Support daily administration, projects and activities such as job fair etc.
  • Perform ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations;
  • Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, able to work independently and be a good team player;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
