Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of tender, job budget, drawings and equipment submission;
- Perform project planning, site supervision and overall project management;
- Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors;
- Attend site meeting;
- Submit payment application;
- Participate in other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical / Environmental Engineering or related discipline;
- At least 4 years relevant experience
- Proficient in using AutoCAD and MS Applications etc.;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proactive, highly motivated, a good team player;
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight working schedule
- To be assigned to handle:
- Water / Waste Water / Sewage Treatment works or
- Electrical Installation works or
- HVAC installation works or
- Fire & Services / Plumbing & Drainage projects or
- A&A/ Fitting Out / Maintenance works or
- ELV / BMS projects or
- Design & Build projects etc
