Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of tender, job budget, drawings and equipment submission;
  • Perform project planning, site supervision and overall project management;
  • Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors;
  • Attend site meeting;
  • Submit payment application;
  • Participate in other tasks as assigned

 

Requirements:

  1. Degree or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical / Environmental Engineering or related discipline;
  2. At least 4 years relevant experience
  3. Proficient in using AutoCAD and MS Applications etc.;
  4. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  5. Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  6. Proactive, highly motivated, a good team player;
  7. Able to work under pressure and meet tight working schedule
  8. To be assigned to handle:
  • Water / Waste Water / Sewage Treatment works or
  • Electrical Installation works or
  • HVAC installation works or
  • Fire & Services / Plumbing & Drainage projects or
  • A&A/ Fitting Out / Maintenance works or
  • ELV / BMS projects or
  • Design & Build projects etc
