Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling BIM modeling works for Building Services projects
• Coordinate and work with other parties to prepare E&M BIM Models;
• Modify and advise on altering design, variations and changes
• Attend and assist in project coordination meetings

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Building Services / Construction / Engineering or related disciplines;
• Knowledge in BIM Technical / Development / Rendering;
• Familiar in using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks for drawings and model coordination
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
